Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. In the rare instance an item requires more time to appropriately pack (for instance, if a wooden crate needs to be built from scratch for a purchase of multiple large paintings), we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to keep you updated on our progress and timeline.

Most orders ship via USPS, either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. This method usually takes only 2-3 days to reach anywhere in the United States. For larger shipments, FedEx, UPS, or similar may be used. Every shipment will have tracking and insurance. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your parcel ships.  

Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders lost in transit or after delivery. Please make sure to provide a secure shipping address. If you need to request a required signature, please let us know before placing your order if possible, or as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Domestic Returns (U.S.)

To qualify for a refund, items must be received back within 14 calendar days (as printed on your packing slip) in the United States. We will process the refund for the full cost of the item(s), but cannot reimburse original or return shipping costs. Items must be in new condition.

Returns for store credit must be received back within 21 calendar days of your original shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Items must be in new condition.

Please contact us before putting your return in the mail so that it will be processed properly. We also want to know it's on its way, and it's important to us that we do whatever possible to resolve any issues.

International shipments may take 6 weeks or more to arrive at their final destination due to longer transit times and varying customs processes and procedures in different countries. This timeline is outside of our control.

All international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. Since every country has different customs criteria, we cannot estimate the cost of fees prior to shipment.

While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

The shipping charge you pay at checkout only covers the fees necessary to get the package delivered. However, it doesn't cover import fees, including but not limited to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees, charged by your country.

International Returns
