Archival limited edition print of Beloved by Sarah Soward. Part of the Rhinotopia series.

Beloved is a surreal painting depicting love. It shows a rainbow colored black rhinoceros floating and touching front horns with an earth green colored black rhino. The piece is inspired by a creation myth involving Damballa and Ayida Wedo and is named after a song by VNV Nation.

This painting is featured in my art book, Rhinotopia Beginnings.

Black rhinos are an endangered species native to Africa. The landscape in the piece is real and located near the ocean on the west coast of Canada.
